被任命为公司YoungKuk公园’s Head of Worldwide Manufacturing Operations and was named President of Amkor Technology Korea in March 2019. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Park served as Manufacturing Head of Amkor Technology Korea and Manufacturing Head of Amkor Technology Philippines. Since joining Amkor in 1983, Mr. Park has held various key management positions in R&D, engineering, operations and quality. Mr. Park has more than 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Konkuk University in Seoul, Korea and an MBA from San Jose State University in San Jose, California.
